3.Analyze and check staff + robot response data through Lingchat dashboard #

⚠️ Make sure your account and password have the administrator authority.

3.1 Today’s monitoring #

  • Provide the basic data of today’s LingChat reception, to help the administrator quickly master today’s reception conditions (support manual refreshing of real-time data + support check by platform/store)

3.2 Data analysis – conversion trends #

  • Check the change trends of served customer and message quantity within a certain period by days (support check by date/platform/store)

3.3 Visitor Channel Distribution #

  • Check the visitor distribution of different stores, to directly understand the customer consultancy proportion of store (support check by date/platform/store)

3.4Data analysis – Top 10 quality tags #

  • Check the summarized Top 10 positive and negative tags through AI, to directly understand the service quality of customer reception (support check by date/platform/store)

3.5 Data analysis – detailed data #

  • Support export of all detailed data (within the latest 30 days at most) by date (day) and store
