How to Use LingChat for Store Reception?

1.Left side – page of message aggregation list #

  • As the core module of LingChat, the message aggregation list page is used for unified management of buyer message of all stores.
FunctionsFunction Description
AllAll reception sessions list.
PendingSessions requiring manual attention, including countdown sessions and those transferred from bot to agent.
Bot ReceptionSessions handled solely by the bot are categorized here. These are not cleared automatically and can be deleted manually.
RepliedSessions that have been manually replied to are categorized here. These are not cleared automatically and can be deleted manually.
CountdownSessions where buyers have entered but haven’t received a reply will trigger a countdown. The countdown ends once replied by bot or agent.
RankingTo prevent missed messages, agents can sort sessions by store or platform priority to improve handling efficiency.
Platform and Country IndicatorDisplays buyer’s country and brand info in the left message list, helping agents identify the source and offer targeted service. Country and Brand Logo can be viewed via the left sidebar and the top website tab.

Message ranking by store and platform priority is supported, in order to avoid information omission and improve the reception efficiency.

Platform and country mark #

For buyers, the left message list will show the country and brand information, so that user can view the buyer information source and provide targeted service. The country and brand logo of buyer and seller can be viewed through the left message list and top tab of website.

2.Middle – reception page #

Used in all middle reception pages and consistent with the platform; the Lazada reception page is shown in the picture below:

3.AI assistant page #

  • Customer service assistant AI agent on the right side: We provide a series of Agent assistants to complete work more intelligently and effectively, including: Chat summary, To-do List, Service Quality.

AI summary #

  • AI summary rules: The system will automatically acquire the chat contents within the latest two days for AI summary. The new message (if any) will be summarized in every 10min, and the latest summary contents will be displayed by default.
  • AI summary feedback: You can choose like/dislike of results, report the AI identification results. We will provide training and auto upgrade.
  • Supported language of AI summary: Identify language automatically based on your chat records, have summary output of language without restriction on language.

AI to-do list #

  • AI to-do list: The system will automatically acquire the chat contents within the latest two days to extract AI to-do list. The new message (if any) will be summarized in every 10min, and the latest summary contents will be displayed by default.
  • AI to-do list: Click “Complete” and the system will record your completion time and person information; when this to-do list is inaccurate or doesn’t need execution, please click “Recycle Bin” to delete it; we will provide training and auto upgrade.
  • Cancelling after completion is not supported temporarily.
  • Supported languages of AI to-do list: Identify language automatically based on your chat records, have summary output of language without restriction on language.

AI Quality inspection tags #

  • AI quality inspection: To detect whether the current buyer and customer service specialist have abnormal mood and reception behavior.
  • Rules of AI to-do list: If believing that this quality inspection label is inaccurate, please click “X” to delete it; we will provide training and auto upgrade.
  • Supported language of AI to-do list: Only English output is supported now.
