1. Account registering #
Lingchat supports online registration or client registration.To register online, please click
The client registration and online account are compatible. The detailed registration steps are as follows:
Click “Register” button, enter E-mail and password to complete registration.
Click [Register] button.
For new enterprise, please click “Create new enterprise”; for the enterprise already registered, please scan whatsapp QR code to contact us.
Enter E-mail and password to complete registration and login. When you register for the first time, please fill the form page so we can understand you quickly
After entering the product webpage, first click the “Download” button in the upper left corner to download the LingChat client
Click “Download” button to close the pop-up window and complete registration
2.Account login #
Enter account and password, then click “Login” button.
You’re recommended to add the account of our customer service manager when logging in client for the first time.
Click “More” to start the preliminary and simple tutorial
3.Support registration and login via Google #
- Click “Register via Google” button, and open the default browser for Google login and authorization;
- After authorization, return to client by prompt to complete login.
