1.Start on Chat List #
Feature | Description |

All Chats | A list of all conversations requiring attention. |
Pending Replies | During work, pay close attention to the second “Pending Replies” section, which stores conversations with a countdown timer and conversations replied to by the bot. |
Replied | Conversations that have been replied to manually are categorized here. They are not automatically cleared and can be manually deleted. |
Countdown | Incoming buyer conversations that have not been replied to will have a countdown timer. The timer disappears when the bot replies or a customer service agent replies. |
Sorting | Avoids agents missing messages. Supports agents sorting messages by store and platform priority to improve reception efficiency. |
Platform/Country ID | Displays country and brand information for buyer messages in the left-side message list, making it easier for agents to see the source of buyer messages and provide targeted service. View the buyer’s and seller’s country and brand logo through the left sidebar message list and the top website tabs. |
1.1 Sorting #
Click the settings button in the upper right corner to enter the settings page: to avoid missing messages, sorting messages by store and platform priority to improve reception efficiency.

1.2 Platform/Country Icon #
For buyer information, the country and brand information will be displayed in the left message list, making it easier to see the source of buyer messages and provide targeted services.

View the buyer’s and seller’s country and brand logo through the left sidebar message list and the top website tabs.
2.Start on Reception Desk #
All operations in the Reception Desk will be consistent with the platform or the social media.
3.Start on AI Helper #
On the right side, the AI Helper for customer service, we provide a series of agent assistants to help complete work more intelligently and efficiently, now including:
3.1 Chat Summary #
The Rule of Chat Summary: The system will automatically obtain the chat content of the last two days for AI summarization. If there are new messages, it will summarize every 10 minutes, and the latest summary will be displayed by default.

AI Summary Feedback: You can give a thumbs up/thumbs down to the result, feedback on the AI recognition effect, and we will train and automatically upgrade.

Languages supported by AI Summary: Automatically recognize the language based on the content of your chat history, and output the summary in the corresponding language, without language restrictions.

3.2 To-do List #
AI will automatically obtain the chat content of the last two days and extract the AI to-do List. If there are new messages, it will summarize every 10 minutes, and the latest summary will be displayed by default.
- You can click to complete, and your completion time and personnel information will be recorded; if you think the to-do summary is inaccurate or does not need to be executed, please click the “trash can” to delete it, and we will train and automatically upgrade.

- Languages: Automatically recognize the language based on the content of your chat history, and output the summary in the corresponding language, without language restrictions. The output language is currently English.
3.3 Service Quality Control #
Detects whether the current buyer and customer service have abnormal emotions or abnormal reception behavior.
